I have dealt with many companies over the years, I have to say how professionally a minor problem was nipped in the bud by Aqualine Saunas. As stated the construction details were so easy, and I give them 11 out of 10 for quality and service.

After doing extensive research on a low emf emitting infrared sauna, i'm so glad I decided on using Aqualine and their SaunaMed sauna. The delivery process was very smooth and well communicated. I could not believe how easy it was to put it together and the build quality of the panels. I absolutely love using it and would recommend to anyone considering buying one.

Hi I've just bought the Luxury 4 person sauna & may I say that from ordering untill assembly it was an easy process, any contact with Ian was first class & they could not have been more helpfull & proffesional as regards to the actual erection of the sauna i'm a joiner so when my Wife went out I decided to have a go myself & within 30mins I had it erected & ready to go, being honest the hardest part is unpacking. Would I reccomend Aqualine totally 100%. My Wife wasn't overly keen on the idea of the sauna but after her first session the next day she was raving to the girls in her work how chilled she felt & how she had a Great night's sleep.Overall if you have the space & budget GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!! you won't be disapointed.Thanks again Aqualine. Thanks Aqualine (Ian) for a great Sauna and a company to be trusted. I wont repeat what has been said before but I will add my comments on the heaters in a Saunamed sauna. On a regular basis we use a Sauna (caravan site) that has the new flat panel carbon heaters, the sauna and heat is fine but after a sauna I was left with a slight headache and my wife always feels tired, all symptoms that you may think normal after a sauna. This sauna did make us want one at home so I started to look at everything available in the UK , and discovered all the problems with EMF/EMR.

Unable to find a sauna other than saunamed which guarantee's low EMF we decided to try the ceramic heaters even though I could not find any comparison on the internet of the two heater types that was independent, so here it is. The saunamed heaters produce a heat inside the sauna exactly like the carbon heaters, we sauna at 60 deg. c. both saunas have a constant heat no cold spots . However the ceramic heaters feel more powerful (hard to describe but they actually feel like they penetrate more) and they make us sweat quite a bit quicker and greater volume than the carbon sauna. We use our sauna for exactly the same time , consume the same amount of water and have the same temperature set as the caravan sauna , but I do not get a headache and my wife does not feel tired. Read into that what you like but we are delighted with our choice of sauna and heaters. Thank you Aqualine and Saunamed.

To be honest I felt reservations about ordering a product which I had never actually seen or experienced but I did go ahead and buy a cedar far infrared sauna. However I’m glad to say that the delivery was fast, the quality of the product excellent, the assembly was simple and now believe the health benefits too. It’s a nice retreat to relax in.

Purchased our LUX-002 February this year. We are delighted with the sauna. The goods arrived within a couple of days, instructions are dead easy to follow and two of us built it up within an hour. We have built the sauna into a spare wardrobe space. It is used every couple of days. It's a great place to switch off and give you that time out period away from the kids. You immediately notice a feeling of well being and smoothness of the skin. Thank you Aqualine.

After a slight delay due to the delivery company we are now up and running with our sauna. These saunas are incredibly well made and fantastic quality. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for.

Just what to let anyone who are considering using Aqualine Saunas that I purchased a infrared sauna which had to be delivered to N Ireland.The sales team kept me up to date with the delivery and it arrived on the date promised. I can honestly say that this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. This is just the treatment for a relaxing time out after a stressfull day. Could'nt be happier. Very easy to assembly and a good quality product. If you're thinking of a sauna use Aqualine!

What can I say? These days it’s so hard to find a UK family company that cares about their product and their customers. I FOUND ONE!!!!!! IT’S CALLED AQUALINE!!!!

I cannot praise you enough. Your customer service is second to none. I had one problem, which didn’t stop me using the sauna, and you dealt with it immediately.

I’m so happy with this sauna, it truly is the best thing I’ve ever bought. With all the colds and flu around before xmas, we sailed through with a few sniffs and sneezes. I just love it. It’s my own personal sanctuary.

I've had minor sports injuries due to jogging. The infrared sauna has made me feel better quicker than any physical therapy I've undergone. I highly recommend Infrared saunas as a treatment for sports injuries.

My eczema was a constant misery. The infrared sauna has cleared it up. I no longer have itching or nasty dry spots. I don't even need any ointments anymore. The sauna’s been amazing for my skin and so relaxing.
