Spare Parts

We do have a large stock of replacement parts for all of our saunas in the unlikely event there is a problem outside of the warranty period, and can ship them via next day service. We supply them at cost price and do not make profit on spare parts. Which gives you that extra peace of mind.

This offers secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site at the point of entering any personal information, checking out and providing your credit or debit card details. The Thawte authentic site seal is located on the right hand column of our home page and can be clicked to verify. At the point of checking out your credit card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and sent to us by encrypted email, once your order is received we decrypt your mail. For security reasons and your peace of mind, we NEVER store credit card information at our database level.
